Are dogs allowed? Yes. Leashed (6ft max length), well behaved dogs are welcome on the beach and at the Hard Rock Event Spaces. Clean up after pets and respect people, wildlife and other dogs.
What should I bring? Water, towels, sunscreen. shade structure suggested.
Where do I park? See event parking map
Can I drive/park on the beach? Yes, in designated areas both north and south of the event venue.
Restrooms - 2 portable toilets and 1 ADA portable toilet, along with 3 portable handwash stations are available in the University Parking Lot area. There are other restroom areas along the beach further from venue.
What if it storms? Weather updates will be posted. The back-up for the Pre-Party will be in the Hard Rock Ballroom.
